We have been advised that Australia Post are experiencing delays as the volume of parcels going through their network has significantly increased due to the COVID-19 lockdown. Furthermore they advise that the Express Post guarantee has been temporarily suspended. Express Post is still available, and will continue to be prioritised as the fastest option for customers, but may not always meet the next business day delivery standard.

Orders are dispatched via Australia Post within Australia to your nominated address.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the size, availability of your items and the shipping options you choose according to the online AusPost calculator. 

Please allow up to 1-2 business days for your funds to be processed prior to despatch.

Orders received on Australian Public holidays will not be processed until the following business day, if your order is placed over the weekend or after business trading hours, it will be processed on the following business day.

You must have correct and completed addresses and at the least one contact telephone number.

To Guarantee delivery, we recommend your parcel be sent to an address where there will be someone to receive it between 9.00 am – 5.00 pm. If no one is at the specified address when delivery is attempted, Australia Post will leave a card directing you to local Post Office for collection. Please ensure prompt pick up to avoid the goods being sent back.

Please note: Whilst we make every effort to ship your order within the time frames supplied, unforeseen delays in shipping during peak trade times may occasionally occur. Peak trade times may include special promotions, end of season sale, and holiday periods. Please allow up to 5 -7 business days for your order to be processed.
